Where was KAZ?

Sorry to all my followers for that break. Nothing bad happened. We had a baby here and it kept me pretty busy. She is now more than 1 and I have returned to the business trips that I do much of this on. I touched up a lot of the BOTB pictures, in many cases reverting to the earlier versions and adding new panels, and will be posting them soon.
