If you post a large image blogger somehow defeats the browser resizing it to fit in the window. For art this is not very good I think. To fix this, after you compose your post, pick "Edit HTML" and then carefully look for the image links, look for the text "s1600-h/" (the 1600 may be a different number). Very carefully edit it and delete the "-h" so it now reads "s1600/".
Also Blogger always resizes images that are bigger so the larger side is 1600. If you are resizing your images yourself before uploading make sure you make the larger side exactly 1600 so it is not filtered more than once.
