This reminds me of an old "weird science" idea of mine -- the stud's body is somehow semi-magically able to draw upon microscopic spores in the air all around us and convert them into new tissue -- specifically, semen. So long as he remains in open air, his semen output is possibly unlimited (and accounts for conservation of mass). I just hope he's hydrating!
